The best dating experience I had was when I bought 2 tickets to a basketball championship game at www.elitematetickets.com, Boy, can you believe I saw all the likes of Kobe Bryant up close? :) I was so excited and my date was so excited too! We went to eat afterwards, I want to repeat this date!

I know this is an older post, but I wonder how other women feel about going to sporting events for a date. Do you like this type of date? Or guys, have you ever taken a woman to a sporting event for a date, and if so, what did she think? I personally like going to some sporting events (depending on the sport), but I grew up with older brothers, so I can be somewhat of a tomboy.

Let me see, I've been taken to ball games, hockey games, snowmobile drags, dirt bike races (they just about take the ears out of you) and monster truck events. All are great. It's a nice way to spend an afternoon or an evening. I think they are a perfectly fine date, UNLESS (there is always an unless, isn't there?) the guy is a screaming fanatic. Then it's a last date.
I don't much care for fanatics about anything - middle of the road, that's me.
