These are delicious and EASY!

3/4 c shortening
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup hot water
2 pkgs dry yeast
6 cups flour
1 cup cold water
2 eggs

* In a large mixing bowl add sugar, salt, shortening and hot water. Beat well.
* Then add cold water, eggs, dry yeast and 2 cups flour beat well.
* Add in the remaining 4 cups flour
* Cover and place in fridge for two hours
* Remove from fridge and let rise on the counter for 1 hour
* Roll out dough and spread softened butter over it.
* Mix up an even amount of cinnamon & sugar sprinkle the mix over the buttered dough - then roll
* Cut in to 24 rolls
* Grease Pans - pour the caramel sauce * recipe below into the pans - place rolls on top of caramel sauce
* Let rise another hour - on your counter
* Bake for 30 min 350 degree's

Caramel Sauce
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c white karo syrup
1/2 c margerine

Mix all ingredients in pan and bring to a rolling boil.
