Prepare for unexpected things to come
Hey Guys--
Do you know what the best crews in the US Navy's Nuclear Submarine force spend their time doing?
I'll tell you: drilling. Over and over and over. They drill. They prepare for situations they hope will never come. They know that if those situations do come, they know how to handle them in a way that will give them the best chance for survival.
*****Advertisement***** Do you HATE rejection by women? Imagine a life of no heartbreak or misery, only fun and joy with the women YOU choose to have in your life on your terms. For a whole new approach to dating, women, and relationships, go to http://www.elitematelove.com

But they never quit drilling no matter how good they get. Why? Because while repetition makes you sharp, it also keeps you sharp. If you stop drilling, you lose your edge... and in that environment you may pay with your life.
Now, I'll tell you something interesting about drilling. It's the same old thing day in and day out. There's no freelancing. You learn the process. You repeat the process. You trust the process.
How do you learn the process? By breaking it down into step by step, manageable pieces. You perform the first step. Then the second step. Then the third step. And you think of each step discretely. You don't think about the whole process, you just think about doing that step correctly when you can.
When you first learn the drills, they feel slow and cumbersome. You overthink. Your mind wanders. But as you get better at them, you focus on each step, shutting out everything else. You don't think about the process, just execution of the step. After the step is executed, you execute the next one, without worrying about the previous one.
You do it over and over and over, until it's second nature. Your conscious mind disconnects, and your unconscious mind takes over. It feels like you "flow," like you have a rhythm. And then, if something ever happens, you don't panic. You execute the next step in the process, just like you've done hundreds of times before.
This is one of the main keys to success in every area of life. You break down the task into manageable steps. You learn each step. You execute each step. You repeat until it becomes second nature. Then you keep drilling.
The men I know who are most successful with women and relationships (and with money and fitness) do this. They drill. Over and over and over. The drilling gives them confidence, a structure in the moment, and a huge advantage over other men who "wing it."
Is it work? Oh my, yes. Tedious work at times. But it has a predictable payoff, something "winging it" never will.
