I used to swim a lot when I was younger, but lately, I don't have that much time to swim anymore, I think this has affected my health drastically since swimming has a lot of health benefits and you can also have a better muscle tone when you swim.

Swimming is relaxing too especially when you just float lazily in the water at night, I definitely miss swimming, this is the sport is miss the most now that I'm busy working
