Just days after pleading guilty to charges of growing marijuana, "Harry Potter" star Jamie Waylett was sentenced to 120 hours of community service. Waylett, who plays Hogwarts bully Vincent Crabbe in all of the six films, was originally busted in April for growing the plants in his mother's home.

According to Reuters, District judge Timothy Workman, speaking in front of the City of Westminster Magistrates Court, told the 20-year-old actor, "I accept that the cultivation of this cannabis was on a small scale, and this was not in any way a commercial venture on your part. Nevertheless, you used a sophisticated growing system to do so.

"I give you credit for pleading guilty at the earliest opportunity, your co-operation with police and the fact that you are, until now, a man of good character," Workman added.

In April, Waylett and a friend were arrested after police searched a car he was riding in and discovered eight bags of marijuana and a knife. Police then raided his mother's home and found 10 marijuana plants. The cannabis was reportedly worth approximately $2,900 and was growing under hydroponic lights, next to a PlayStation console.

Waylett's friend, John Innis, who admitted illegally possessing 11 bags of marijuana and a knife, was fined 500 pounds and sentenced to six weeks' custody in a young offenders' institution, according to Reuters.

In "Potter" lore, Crabbe is a dim-witted Slytherin student and one of Draco Malfoy's accomplices who assists with mischievous undertakings and generally intimidates classmates with his physical girth. Eventually he becomes a powerful wizard who is loyal to the nefarious Death Eaters.
