I used to go to a gym, but I don't anymore. A friend of mine wanted me to join with her. She was uncomfortable going by herself because she was bigger than the other girls at the gym. I joined as a favor to her, but she didn't last very long, maybe a month. I tend to do exercise on my own, such as bicycling, jogging, etc. We have a nice lake with trails around it that are nice to use, especially at this time of year.
