America's favorite dad recently turned the tables on Kate with allegations of improperly withdrawing money and violating a court order, reports RadarOnline.com. Last week, his estranged wife charged him with secretly emptying their bank account, leaving her with only $1,000.
Jon and his lawyer, Mark Heller, recently filed court papers accusing Kate of the same financial misconduct while demanding a written explanation of $1 million that Kate removed from their accounts.
In the newly released court papers, Jon admits to taking funds out from their joint money market account. While Kate accused her husband of withdrawing $230,000 from their joint account, Jon's claim states that Kate took out more than $60,000 from the same fund between July 17 and Sept. 29.
The shocking court papers also reveal that Kate should be held in contempt of court since she has not provided a detailed report of all money she spent from June 22 through July 6, despite court rules. In addition, Kate still hasn't given Jon written permission required for him to access four of their bank accounts online.
Jon and his law team also want Kate to disclose her lawyer fees since she demanded the same. Talk about getting even.
