Play smart and stay focused.

Hey Guys--

I love it when the NFL season starts.  But one thing I cannot stand
more than anything is stupid football, and watching the Cowboys
give a game to the Redskins last night was one of the stupidest
displays of football I've ever seen.

The Cowboys clearly have better personnel than the Redskins.  But
that is irrelevant if the players make mental mistake after mental
mistake.  You can't play stupid football against "The Rat" (Mike
Shanahan) and win.  He'll beat you every time.

And you know what?  If you go play stupid with women, you'll lose
every time.  Doesn't matter how good looking you are, how much
money you have, or how good your attraction skills are, if you play
stupid you will lose.

Doesn't matter if you own all my products, study them relentlessly,
and practice hard.  If you play stupid, you will lose.

Oftentimes what happens is, men get so excited that a woman might
be attracted them, that they lose focus, stop paying attention to
what's going on, and lapse into attraction killing habits.

Stupid.

Or, the do everything right, and send one drunken text message or
picture mail, and it's over.

Stupid.

If you want to win the game of attraction, you've got to constantly
remind yourself to play smart, and stay focused.  If not, all it
takes is one stupid thing to undo lots of good work.

But, like in football, you do have another chance to play again,
another chance to smarten up, get back in the game, and have
another shot at winning.  So, even if you play stupid all is not
lost.

Guys who wind up losing do two things:  they play stupid, then
agonize over it to the point where they either keep playing stupid
or quit playing the game altogether, and that's the ultimate
stupidity.

So, don't be stupid.  And if you were stupid, put it behind you and
get back on the field. Winning cures a lot of ailments.

Bring on the Bears.
