On Saturday nights, I like to eat unhealthy food--really unhealthy. Six and a half days a week I eat healthy, but not on Saturday night. On Saturday night it's time to CHEAT.

I shop a place called HEB Central Market, and they make some really high end cupcakes. So, Saturday night I found myself leaving with four them: a red velvet one, a carrot cake one, a boston cream pie one, and a tres leches cupcake.
Good eatin' for one night.
Now, I can eat a lot of food. A lot. I've eaten a 3 pound burger in 7 minutes and 37 seconds, then ate a basket of cheese fries because I was still hungry. There is a reason I keep no food in my house.
Every day I also take supplements--aminoes, glutamine, fish oil, plus a few others. I'm an efficient guy, so I figured that hey, if I was eating a cupcake, I might was well consume some supplements too.
So, in between my demolition of the red velvet cupcake and my utter destruction of the boston cream pie cupcake, I swallowed a handful of supplements.
I was immediately struck by how ludicrous that was because, no matter how many sports supplements I took, they were not going to undo the effect of those cupcakes, no way, no day.
In fact, the only thing that would undo the effect of those cupcakes was abstaining from them, while eating healthy food and exercising (which I do six days a week).
That realization leads to a perfect attraction analogy: you can do everything right, and one thing wrong, and that one thing will still screw it all up. It's more important to eliminate attraction killing habits than it is engage in attraction creating habits.
If I ate 4 cupcakes a day, every day, I'd be porky no matter how much I exercised, or what other food I ate. That one bad habit would kill the whole deal. But if I don't do it in the first place, then eating healthy food and exercising has an enormous effect on my body.
In attraction, 100 'atta boys equals one aw' shit. That one screw up will always kill the deal. If you concentrate just on eliminating unattractive behavior, you will make yourself immediately more attractive to women.
Yes, you want to add in attractive behavior, but elimination of repellent behavior is more important.
Do that, and you will be a much more attractive man, even if you indulge in food sin once a week as I do...
