Now, here's the thing you have to understand about women:  they can
feel what you're feeling inside, except 10 times as much.  So, if I
get an uptight and uncomfortable vibe from a guy, then imagine what
a woman's feeling.

One of the most important first steps in attraction is simply
learning how to relax and be loose around women.  I can speak to
this firsthand because for many, many years I was uptight around
them.

I'd always wonder why they never wanted to hang out with me or why
they simply wanted to be "just friends" while other guys, guys who
were not as smart, driven, or fit as I was seemed to effortlessly
attract women.

But, as I spent more time around women, and actively made it my
business to associate with as many women as possible, I started to
relax and loosen up.  And when I started to do that, I started to
attract women who just wanted to be friends before.

So, if you're currently uptight and uncomfortable around women, you
have a huge attraction handicap.  The good news is, you CAN loosen
up and relax, if you understand it is a gradual process, something
that happens bit by bit.

Don't try to do it all at once, and be someone who you're not.
Guys who try to fake it 'til they make it are viewed as posers, and
women pick up on that at once.

Instead, spend as much time as you can around women, getting to
know them and gradually adding in attractive behavior.  The instant
you notice yourself starting to feel loose, relaxed and comfortable
is the instant your life is about to change forever.

Soon enough you'll be the cool guy all the women are flocking
too...and they'll never know you used to be uptight and uncomfortable
around women.  In fact, you can't convince them if you tell them.
