of women with "traditional values." This mindset is a very
dangerous way of thinking about women because it deals with what
"should be" and not what "is."

What's the best activity for a first date with a woman who has
relatively traditional values?

JA: Thanks for the question, Thomas--this may be a short question,
but there's a LOT going on here. First off, when you say a woman
has "traditional values" you are imposing a view on her you think
she has, not one she does have.
The truest thing I ever learned about women was this: there's no
such thing as a good girl gone wrong, only a bad girl found out.
ALL women have this "good girl/bad girl" side, and if you want to
create attraction, you'd better appeal to her "bad girl" side, else
you'll just be another nice guy.
The other thing to keep in mind here is this idea of a "date." A
"date" is average, ordinary, and follows a set patter--you pick her
up, take her to dinner, make small talk, take her home, hope for a
kiss, and that's that. It puts you squarely in the ordinary
category.
Women are attracted to different--and they like wondering if they're
on a "date" or not. I haven't been on a date in over ten years,
and I didn't start succeeding with women until I stopped dating.
What should you do with her? Whatever you want--as long as it's
exciting, intriguing, and appeals to her bad girl side. Otherwise,
it's going to be a short meeting.
