Ever heard of Michaele Salahi?  Maybe, maybe not.  She and her
husband first came to notoriety when they crashed a White House

Yep, kidnapped.  Apparently she didn't return home at the time she
usually does, so her husband got frantic, called the cops, and
reported her missing.

And for awhile, she was missing.  Then, suddenly, she turns up in
the arms of Neil Schon.  Schon is the 57 year old guitarist of
Journey who is still cashing in on being a rock star.

Now, if this was, say 1983, I could understand it.  But it ain't.
It's 2011, and Journey is a museum piece, albeit a well preserved
one.

Her husband is, obviously, not happy.  But he should not be
surprised at her behavior, except, perhaps, the Neil Schon part.

That's kinda bizarre.

The one thing I always teach men is to qualify women, understanding
that past behavior is indicative of future behavior.  This woman
has proven many times that she chases after fame and will continue
to do so.

She is not going to change her ways, and from her point of view,
why should she?  But from his point of view, he has an estranged
wife and a shattered marriage, something that could have been
avoided had he paid attention to past behavior.

Lookit, no matter how hot she is or how great she makes you feel in
the moment, if you're going to get involved in something more than
fun, you have to take a discerning look at past behavior.

It will re-occur again in the future, and you have to either be
prepared to deal with it, or decide you won't move ahead.  If you
don't, you could wake up to find your woman has been kidnapped by
Steve Perry, who, obviously cannot be outdone by Neil Schon.
