Knowing her is the step before you push through
I don't usually share things of this sort, but this is interesting... This article was written by a nutritionist who figured out a way to utilize foods that, in the right portions, burn fat and he created what he calls "The 7 Day Belly Blast". Not bland foods or only veggies, instead foods like chocolate and peanut butter. This is pretty interesting, and if followed correctly... you may just have your own "belly blast" in as little as 7 days:

Hey Guys,
When a woman is asked what she wants when she meets a man, the trite, stock answer is this: "I want a man who sweeps me off my feet."
Yet, no matter how overdone that answer is, women still give it over and over and over--there is, after all, a reason for it.

No woman ever said, "I want to meet a man who starts and stops, who makes an overture, but then meekly pulls back and waits for me to make a move."
There is, you see, a certain momentum to attraction that once achieved you had better not stop. Once you initiate an attractive move, you had better be prepared to keep it moving.
You may have seen a lot of nonsense about "friends first." That is simply a woman repeating social programming and/or her testing a man to see if he really is attractive.
Any reading of any romance novel written by women for women quickly reveals that the hero and the heroine are NOT friends first. In fact, they usually don't like each other when they first meet, and yet they can't get each other out of their minds.
That's what women dream about, what women look for. So, when you decide you're interested in a woman, you can't dip your toe in the water then pull back. You've got to jump in.
Women, like football coaches and running backs, don't like toe dippers. They like men who, to use a football term, hit the hole hard and with authority. No toe dippers. You either run the ball or you're not on the team if you choose to play that position.
But be careful. Before you initiate attraction, before you start to carry the momentum forward, be sure she's someone you're interested in. That's where initial qualification comes in, and oftentimes 15 minutes of conversation can reveal she's not a woman you want to initiate momentum with.
If you determine she is, however, be prepared to go all the way. If you start and stop, zig and zag, and run east west looking for the razzle dazzle play, she'll cut you. Take the handoff, go north/south and hit the hole with authority.
Keep your legs churning, keep moving forward, and eventually you'll score. That's what hall of fame runners do, keep the momentum going, and so should you.

EliteMate is something different that I have been part of and I am glad I received an email inviting me to join. The best thing about this site is that we get to meet new people and even find someone for me or anyone else. I have enjoyed every second as a member of EliteMate and it's really cool.
