I am sure you know by now that a gratitude list is beneficial on many levels and is important to our emotional well being. So when shit hits the fan and you need a reminder of why life is beautiful, just pick up a pen and write 3-5 things, people, experiences you are grateful for. I don't care if it's something as basic as that cold glass of water that just quenched your thirst or the love of your life. Just do it - especially when you don't 'feel' like it and see the results for yourself.
