A few of the delicious bites from this weekend's rosé wine tasting party. My fave was the buffalo mozzarella with fresh cut basil drizzled with olive oil & balsamic glaze over sliced tomatoes pictured on bottom left. And although I'm a die hard fan of Cote de Provence rosés,  I have to admit, the Sofia rosé (yes, via her father Francis Ford Coppola's label) completely won me over- crisp, elegantly fruity & mouthwatering.
