Have you tried enrolling in a gym before? I used to go to the gym a lot but I found the membership fee in the gym near my place really expensive so I decided to discontinue my subscription. I wasn't prepared for the results though, I became fatter than before so when I received a gift card at http://elitemate.giftcards.com/consumer/index.html from my friend, I used it to enroll in that gym again and I am happy with the results now.
