Friday LINDSAY LOHAN had to appear in court for a stolen necklace from the California jewelry store Kamofie & Co. in January. Well Lindsay pleaded not guilty and the judge reduced the count to a misdemeanor. But the judge gave Lindsay four months behind bars at the Lynwood Correctional Facility later that night but a bondsmen posted a $75,000 bail and Lilo became a free woman. However the judge ordered Lindsay to complete 480 hours of community service split between the Los Angeles County Morgue and Woman's Shelter. This isn't good timing for Lindsay because she's joining JOHN TRAVOLTA'S biopic about John Gotti.
LEANN RIMES & EDDIE CIBRIAN got married on Friday. They invited friends and family including Eddie's sons (Mason and Jake from his ex-wife BRANDI GLANVILLE) for what they thought was an engagement party, but it turned out to be a real wedding. LeAnn was also married to DEAN SHEREMET but they divorced last year.
"Never Ever" piss off "J-WOWW" from THE JERSEY SHORE because last year she admitted that she almost killed her ex-boyfriend and ex-manager TOM LIPPOLIS. Tom said Jenni put a kitchen knife through his entire arm and he needed from 37 to 57 stitches. I remember at one point Tom was going to sue Jenni because she never paid him any money as her manager.
There was a Yankees baseball star sighting at The National Restaurant in Manhattan: DEREK JETER, he was enjoying lunch with a friend and spectators pulled out their Blackberrys and I-Phones and were taking pictures of Jeter who didn't seem at all surprised.

If you watch "20/20" this Friday, the whole hour will be about ELTON JOHN and just 4 months ago Elton and his partner DAVID FURNISH welcomed baby ZACHARY last December via surrogate. Elton is going to have "LADY GAGA" be Zach's Godmother. Elton chose Gaga because he feels she's a family girl at heart. People think it's crazy but Elton says when you get to know Lady Gaga underneath there's a New York girl who loves her parents, people don't really know her but Elton and David do.
