* You take a devils food cake mix, bake as instructed. * Take a can of sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 jar of caramel ice cream topping and mix that in a pan on the stove... heat thoroughly stirring often. * Once the cake is done let cool 5 min and then poke holes in it. * Once the holes are poked, pour the milk and caramel mixture over it, while still hot. * Pour half of the heath chips over the warm cake * Let cool completely * Once cooled put the entire container of cool whip on the cake then top with the remaining heath chips * Drizzle the remaining caramel cold onto the cake put in the fridge over night.
