You heard that there is a "very" nasty custody battle between HALLE BERRY and GABRIEL AUBRY over their 2 year old daughter NAHLA. Halle was supposed to be here in New York City filming "New Year's Eve" but had to drop out because of the custody litigation involving Nahla. Halle and Gabriel are really saying nasty things about each other, like Halle said, "Gabe is a crazed jealous man who puts Nahla at risk". While Gabe says, "Halle goes into jealous rages around Nahla and doesn't show up to take care of Nahla like she's suppose to".
P.DIDDY is sure one helluva generous man, you'll never guess what he did at RICK ROSS'S 35TH Birthday Party in Miami. Last Friday Rick took his gang all over the Miami club scene. P.Diddy was among the A-List guests and the party guests were beyond excited when Diddy threw out a million dollars in cash into the crowd. Remember last time he was at BET show, "106TH & PARK" and he threw out cash into the crowd, only to have flung out by accident his $20,000 ring into the crowd. Well back to the Rick Ross party, BUSTA RHYMES and PHARRELL WILLIAMS.
Yesterday I showed you the debut video of "S&M" by RIHANNA, well the video must be damn shocking because its been banned in 11 countries, most noticeably Britain. In the video you see Rihanna writhing in latex, tying a man to a bed, and seductively sucking a banana. BBC bosses have refused Radio 1 DJ's in the United Kingdom to play the song before 7pm. The only way for the song to be played in the daytime if the original version would be edited.

Speaking of "baby news" kids, we've all been wondering what the sex of MARIAH CAREY and NICK CANNON'S baby (or "babies") will be, the wait is over because it will be "A BOY" & "A GIRL". They are preparing for the arrival of the babies during the spring and they are "decorating and designing" their 2 nurseries, one here in New York and the other in Los Angeles. Nick said Mariah's been cooking like crazy and she's been staying active by swimming.
