I hate to start off the week with some heart-breaking news and it's about AMY WINEHOUSE. The "REHAB" singer was found dead in her apartment about 3:54pm London time on Saturday. The cause of death has not been determined, I also found out her father MITCH hasn't been notified because he was on a plane to New York to take part of the Blue Note Jazz Festival (but by the time this has been written, he already knows.) Amy was 27 and its such a heartbreaking loss in the music world.
Well let's cheer up and talk about LINDSAY LOHAN. Lindsay is seeing SPENCER FALLS who is in the "Virgin Mobile Commercials" "Sparah". I hear Lilo is very "smitten".
Did you hear that "SNOOKI" of JERSEY SHORE will be joining Season 13 of "DANCING WITH THE STARS" which premieres September 19th. Also joining the fray will be "Keeping With the Kardashians" star ROB KARDASHIAN. There are talks right now to get singer CHRISTINA MILIAN and MIKE TYSON to join this season's cast.
It's getting quite serious between JENNIFER ANISTON and JUSTIN THEROUX. Not only did she introduce Justin to her father "JOHN" (better known as "Victor" on "Days of Our Lives".) But now they are house-hunting together, Jen has to move out of her Beverly Hills home at the end of the month, its on the market for $38 Million Dollars. Just recently the couple was spotted on a hot date in London where Jen was promoting her new movie, "HORRIBLE BOSSES".
Did you hear that legendary country star WILLIE NELSON is going to be inducted in the America's Agricultural Hall of Fame in Kansas for his work with the country farmers. Willie who invented "FARM AID" in 1985 will be honored the morning before the big Farm Aid event next month in Kansas City. Willie will join other historian makers like THOMAS JEFFERSON, ISAAC NEWTON, and JOHN DEERE.
RHYS IFANS who will appear as "The Lizard" in the upcoming "SPIDERMAN" movie was arrested because a female security guard at California's "Comic-Con" pointed Rhys out for an alleged altercation. Friday Rhys appeared at the San Diego event and the guard said she was pushed when a member of his entourage when he did have any identification, which then Rhys told off the staff which led to Rhys arrest, they even said that Rhys was smelling like alcohol. Sony Pictures Bosses have issued a statement that Rhys regrets the incident.
