What do you think, Pills or Exercise to Burn Fat?

Hi,

This is a wonderful forum, losts of useful info.

I was wanting your opinion, should I buy phentermine pills to lose weight
or do it the hard way and exercise?

I've tried many diets and exercise fads over the years without much success,
but when I came across this website selling the weightloss pill buy phentermine online
I thought I would give it a try.

Is this a silly idea?

I would advise going with healthy eating and exercise. The diet pills might work for a little while, but as soon as you take yourself off of them you are going to put the weight back on twice as fast, which is worse. By changing the way you eat you are acclimating your body to a new way to live and avoiding things that could potentially harm you.

Definitely excercise, no doubt. Try this route first, along with healthier eating and see how that works for you. If you still aren't getting the results you desire, you could always go to your local GNC or health supplements store and see if there's anything that might assist you in your weight loss. There are a lot of natural, effective supplements out there these days that be used in conjunction with your workouts which really do work. It's a hard road, but nothing is more satisfying than feeling healthy!

I agree with the other posters. I would stick with eating healthy and excerising. I had a friend who took some of the weight loss pills and she lost a lot of weight at first. But then she started having heart problems and passing out, which her doctor said was from the pills. She quit taking them, and now she is bigger than ever.

Yes, exercise definitely. Health supplements can be okay, but only take them in conjunction with an exercise and healthy eating plan. Simply using diet pills to lose weight will almost always lead to disaster down the line. You will almost certainly gain the weight back if you stop taking them, and quite possibly damage your body long term.

I wouldn't say it's a silly idea, but I'd do exercise first rather than put some chemical with unknow health side-effects in my body.
It's amazing what just a little bit of exercise can do. It doesn't have to be major. A daily 20 minute walk will help control blood sugars and improve your lung capacity. Walk up and down stairs instead of using the elevator. Just a few lifestyle changes make a big difference.
