Not sure about all the guys who loiter in here, but I go to 'Curves for women'. Before anyone rolls their eyes, I have to tell you it is a good work-out, combining strength training with aerobics on a circuit. Probably about 2% of the women have lovely bodies, the rest of us have 'issues' to deal with. It's much easier for us to do that in an all-female setting. We really don't give a damn whether another woman thinks we have flabby thighs, her day will come also. I go three times a week, and try to do more, but can't always make it.
