Reggaeton King DADDY YANKEE is getting sued for $150,000 because of copyright infringement. Daddy had a hit song in 2006 called "ROMPE". But musician DAVID MOSER is suing Daddy because "Rompe" was on David's 1998 track "ANOCHE" which got radio airplay in Mexico City. Daddy got huge commercial success with the song and David (who lives in San Miguel, Mexico) is suing for $150,000 in damages, in addition to a share of "Rompe" profits.
I found out something that had me a bit scared, my buddy SEAN KINGSTON on Sunday had a Jet Skiing accident and he's in the trauma ward in a Miami hospital. Sean and a female passenger were riding his watercraft when it crashed into the Palm Island Bridge around 6pm Sunday Night. They were rescued and was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital where Sean is currently in I.C.U. Sean of course had his debut hit single "BEAUTIFUL GIRLS" which topped the Hot 100 for 4 weeks in 2007. But when I worked at WKTU-FM I got to meet him and I couldn't make him stop laughing when I was telling him jokes and about life. But word is he'll be okay, "Thank God!!!"
"Surreal Life" stars CHRISTOPHER KNIGHT & ADRIANNE CURRY have split up on their 5th anniversary on Sunday. The marriage wasn't that great because when they married in 2006 and a year later they were seeking couples' counseling. They still love each other but needed to put more work into the marriage.
SELENA GOMEZ must have made a lot of young girls happy because she admitted that she's not going to marry JUSTIN BIEBER. Selena is being very realistic about her relationship with Justin.
Yesterday "Jersey Shore's" SNOOKI & DEENA got into an accident in Italy with a "police car", the male and female police officer were taken to the emergency room but had refused medical attention. Snooki, Deena, and a member of the show's production team were unharmed and "Snooks" was taken to the police station to fill out an accident report.
