For guys out there who are looking forward to having their first date, here are some topics that you can use to break the awkward silence between you and your date on the first time that you meet and be with each other:
1. You can ask about her siblings to show that you're interested in her family. However, asking about parents may backfire if her parents are separated or divorced. 2. Talk about the foods that you like and ask her about her choices and culinary preferences. This is good especially if you're dining in a restaurant. Talking about food is a topic that fits the occasion. 3. Ask about her work and career plans and what she does during her spare time. You might find out that there are many things that both of you enjoy doing and this will lead to more frequent dates and ultimately a lasting relationship.
