Im bringing up my brother as my mother left him with me too look after! Problem is he wont listen to my rules etc! He thinks the world is against him and that gives him the right to do what he wants when he wants! Although he doesnt take drugs or drink alchohol his moods still infuriate me and i just dont know how to treat him! Yes hes been through hard times but havent we all??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
